The RPS 1000 power house is designed to fit into Motorhomes, (underbench) and inside Ute Canopies where 'slide in slide out' Dual battery systems are preferred. 
 
RPS is an Acronym for 'Renewable Power STation' - and thats what they do. The test model here was able to deliver 4500 watt hours of power in 1 day, charging off solar and DC simultaniously - and we don't know how much more it can do - Probably double that - We just couldn't use the power. 
 
The RPS units run all Victron Chargers and Terrooidal Inverters - all cabling is accessable from the top cover (which is removable) and all internal wiring runs to each component seperatly, in the event of a failure - only the failed component will be affected - the units themselves operate at 12 Volts - batteries are a Lifepo4 - 100amp hour unit, and these can be switched out and retired as desired... 
 
Victron App controls and reports power consumption, inputs and Historical data - all to your phone via Bluetooth.

Compact and Mobile / easy to switch between vehicles yet packs real punch  -
 High Output 1000w Constant Load (2000w Peak for 15 Seconds) Terroidal Victron Inverter will power any 240v Powered appliance that draws LESS than or equal too 1000w constant load. The Power box charges via its built in Victron DC DC charger (Max charging of 47 Amps per hour) and its Solar Regulator (Max 20 Amps per hour) .  It Can charge iteself via DC DC charger and Solar charger simultaniously (with our 400w Solar panel fitted)  in just a bit over  an hour and a half with the vehicle running in sunlight. 
 
All Output plugs including the Cig Socket are run individually to upgrade them to 50Amp Current loads, also facilitating single point failure not knocking out other components - Handy for reliable and trusted power provision even in case of single component failure. 

Components are installed upside down, to allow fast access to cabling and plugs for easy fault detection. (Loose wires etc can be checked easlily). All contacts / wiring is Welded in with Solder where possible and heat shrink insulation applied. 
 
 Total Usable power storage 100amphr. - Efficiency of the Prismaatic Lifepo4 Battery used is 98% - (102 Amps to re charge with a drawdown current of 100amps till cut out). 
15,000 charge cycles before 20% Battery degradation is quoted by the battery manufacturer. This is untested (here) as that would take around 10 years use to actually test. 
 
The author runs this size in his 4 person 4wd vehicle, I've found this to be the right size for me as - I can run a small induction cooker for coffee, a fry pan for  steak, Toasted sandwiches, wraps, fish,  etc amd it powers my small Pressure cooker allowing me to do stews, currys etc on the fly  quickly with little clean up. I can also run a 2 toast toaster. Unreal.
