How Tough Touring Estimates Shipping fees.
Tough Touring uses a variety of couriers depending on the load size and distances. When you use the 'Checkout' on our Web store, our website estimates /averages the shipping cost to a close estimate.
If your not happy with the included shipping price, please choose"Pick up" from the webstores shipping options and arrange your own courier collection service - You will need to state package size and Pick up address... Contents etc...
Tough Touring is open for collection by couriers and customers 9-5 every workday for freight - we have a forklift present.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Tough Touring Pty Ltd has a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its own Australian maunfactured Components. If you are not satisfied with any of our roof racks, Awning brackets or Battery Cases, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All our products are guaranteed by a replacement warranty against failure for a period of 3 years from purchase date. Any Component that fails must be returned to us for the refund or replacement policy to take effect. The Returns Policy above does not include Any Labour costs to remove, Install or Re-Install any failed or no longer required component made by Tough Touring Pty Ltd or any other components since added or supported byour products.
