80 Series One Piece Gutter Rack

Now building Version 6 of this great Rack ! .
The Tough Touring Gutter mount roof rail is secured by 4 Gutter mounts each side as per Pics above - Running off a 1 piece gutter rail that extends the length of the 80's roof.
The Top edge of the rail is folded outwards or inwards (OPTION IS YOURS) - Outfold allows Easy removal of tents, (And fitting of bigger/wider tents) while Infold suits narrower tents (1350mm) our low mount planks to be fitted and removed easily from either option.
Refinements have led to an overall One piece foot rail height of 100mm when combined with our Top hat section bar planks, or a 130mm Height if underslung planks are preferred.
The Rack Planks are pre-Laser cut to accept Pole less awning brackets -The Roof rail takes away point load issues with traditional gutter mount roof racks, securing immense loads stronger and lower.
Available to Suit Tents up to 1600mm Wide and able to carry roof loads of up to 300Kgs Off road.

The Gutter clamps do not foul on the 80's doors like many others - Sitting just 15mm off the high point on the roof - As Frustrated Vehicle fitters - We were unable to buy a stronger or lower Roof top tent rack for This truck - so we ended up having to start building them.
Tents can be mounted with Fitting bolts accessable from Beside the vehicle in Outfold option... YOu can also get to the bolts oK on the INFOLD option if you fix the tent to just the front and rear plank...
These Roof racks are Compatable with our our Stand alone Awning to Rack mounts - allowing seperate installation of RTT while still running a Pole Less awning ... Please call us if your interested in installing this way as many details need to be exact to get it right.
