Toyota Troop Carrier Pole Less Awning + Shower Cubicle Gutter Mount Kit. This Kit allows you to Fit a Pole Less wing and a Shower Cubicle   to a Troop carrier 70 series without need of any Roof rack.
 
Recently re-designed - We have re-engineered the kit to come in even stronger and easier to install - Simply Install the Tough Touring Brackets to your Troopies Gutter, Bolt them UP, then you then install the awning and Shower Cubicle... The Troopie "Pole Less Awning and Shower to Vehicle" Kit ultilises multiple  twin Bolt clamp design for ultimate strength.
 
They are  constructed entirely out of Australian Mild steel here in Australia. The Rear bracket triangulates around the rear of the truck - For Ultimate anti- twist strength - creating  a super ridgid 270 degree rear awning set up.
 
 
The Included Tough touring Gutter Mount Shower cubicle kit bolts up to the drivers side, and shares use of the Rear hook bracket to create a super strong foundation - allowing  you to Fit a Shower cubicle on the drivers side  All Troopcarriersusing the Troopcarriers Gutters again on the drivers side,  
 
There are no mounting holes or fixtures, and the brackets can be removed at any time reverting the Troopy to origional .
 
All Brackets finished in Black Dulux Textura Powdercoat , Baked at 500 Degrees Celcuis...The Bracket set comes complete with all mounting hardware and a tube of White Sikka Flex as to facilitate a dot to adhere the front supporting leg to the vehicle to prevent rattle.Awning mounting bolts are not supplied, as these vary immensely awning to awning and Your awning should have its own bolts included already supplied anyway. You will need a 13mm Spanner, 6mm Allen Key and a pair of scizzors/ sidecutters at the very least to effictively install the kit to your vehicle.This bracket set is immensely strong - Care should be taken to guy down and even Run poles on Pole less wing awnings in unprectable wind to ensure no damage is occassioned to your awning or vehicle should wind strength exceed the awnings load limits.

This kit fits all models of Troop Carrier from 1984 to present.
 
Suits 270 Degree Swing out Wing awnings up to 10 sqm, We reccommend ONLY REAR  Pivot 270 Degree awnings are OK, forward pivoting awnings must run poles .  360 Awnings cannot be fitted, Nor  can this bracket set be used for awnings that swing through Multiple Angles (ie. 270 at rear, 180 at front...) The Front bracket is not Twist resistant and cannot handle the loads of forward swinging awnings. 

Awnings in General that are Larger than 12 Sqm are not supported - as twist loads will exceed the troopcarriers Gutter Load capacity in strong wind and damage can occur. 
 
While all care has been taken to Ensure these brackets are as strong as we can make them - Tough Touring will not be responsible for Damage occassioned to your vehicle, awning or brackets due any damage occassioned by excessive wind - Or failure of any awning or bracket component over time. It is reccommended that Gutter integrity and Bracket  tightness s checked periodically to ensure fail safe use. 
 
Some Modifications may be required to Mounting Holes, Bolts, Spacers etc in use of Unsupported Brands of Awnings that we have not yet come across...Any use of an unlisted awning is at the owners discression and please let us know how you went, as were always looking to add more awnings to the supported list.
