Toyota 79 Series 1 Piece roof top tent rack for Over Cab Dual Cab or 'Flexing" option
 
The Footrails and Gutter clamps are double bolted, double welded built in 3mm Australian Mild Steel then powdercoated in Dulux Black Textura  - These racks are specifically designed to take the loads and Widths exerted by Hard Shell roof top tents and Pole less wing awnings. 
 
The Supplier channels for these racks and almost all our products are all of Australian Materials and Labour from the Earth up with the exception of the Bolts (German Forch).

The Standard  Low profile Rack listed here  (sits 123mm high from inside gutter foot to top plate) when bolted up this results in the Top Hat Bar planks Sitting  between 5 and 10mm off the roof skin of the 79 - making it the lowest rack we can build, and probably the lowest rack on the market.
 
The Rack is supplied with 3 Load bars -  1  Aluminium TOP HAT bar plank for each end and a Steel centre cross bar , the steel bar is there to further increase stiffness in the gutter rack overall and also prevent tents sagging in the middle under heavy duty loads :) The fit up is so close to the roof that any flex is undesirable.
 
This Kit can be used as a Functioning Roof rack with the tent removed,
