You are looking at the Tough Touring One Piece Gutter  Mount 'Underslung' Roof Top tent rack - super low  - designed to be an ideal  foundation for Bundutec Bundutop Standard size roof top tents or possibly other roof tents  that have no exterior fitting rails / Flush mounting base . The Rack works well with the Bundutec tent in particular as it addresses its lack of floor strength.
 
The Crossbars in this kit are structural, and mounted/fitted  'Underslung' ie In Under the Top folded Edge - providing a  level surface along the edge of the vehicle , Giving the appearance of no cross bars along the  face of the rack footrails .
 
The Underslung Roof Tent rack are not actually lower than the other models of 76 series roof top tent racks we build, but they certainly look it when combined with some tents!
 
THE CONS TO THIS RACK DESIGN
At 160mm high on the side rails, They sit  10mm Higher than our Usual Tough Touring 'Infold or 'Outfolded' racks - once they are combined with a 25mm high top hat bar plank -
 
Dome Nuts fitting the cross bars protude around 8mm along the top edge, While these Dome Nuts dont cause any problems with the Bundutec Bundutop 1350 STandard Size tent, They add another step for any other tent, Usually they packed out  by adding thicker (10mm high)  anti vibration tape along the top edges of all of the cross bars...
 
The Tents once fitted to this kit are difficult to remove as the through bolts require you to install and uninstall from inside the tent and a second person is required to get to the external nuts and washers. 
 
This Install can be difficult without hoisting equipment  as once the rack is fitted, the tent is lowered in place and typically very accurately through bolted to the front and rear cross bars.
 
Fitting Tents other than the Bundutec can produce negative effectls like Lower levels of rack stiffness / the crossbars have less anti torque geometry. 
 
The PROS
Underslung rails  can look cool for tents that are other wise high and ugly. The Bundutec never looked better...

All tents in the images above are Bundutec BUndutop, this rack was specifically designed for these tents, and it works well with them as they need the floor support, they are flush fit and they can be through bolted straight into the foot rails for a very stiff and secure rack install. 
 
GENERAL RACK INFO - OUR THOUGHTS IN GENERAL AND ADVICE
We would only reccommend this rack if your installing a Bundutec Bundutop to your 76 - Other tents may be able to benefit from the 'clean look' but without individually inspecting the floor strengths in all tents (over 85 in australia right now)., The onus is on you to be certain that your tents floor is able to handle through bolting along the edges at 1350mm - and your able to pack out the rack with anti vibration material to cover the dome nuts successfully. (The Bundutec has a rebate where the dome nuts sit and they naturally do not foul.  
 
That  perfect Smooth line is a great look , but certainly don't attempt this install unless you already know that you can do it and are an experienced fabricator. It will challenge you.. 
 
The the rack Comes with 4  Top Hat Bar planks, (Perfect for a light weight rack that is primarily carrying a Roof top tent
