Awning to Basket Rack Bracket Kit
A 3mm folded steel bracket when fitted creates a square / rigid flat surface to mount poleless awnings to such as the , Ostrich wing awning, Darche Eclipse 270, 30 Second Awn, Boss BA270, Alucab 270 etc. This Kit is designed to fitted to tube-bar style basket or trade racks.
The Kit comes with Nutserts (sometime called Rivnuts) - If fitting using Nutserts, Obviously You will need this tool to fit this kit. This Kit is customised according to your particular brand of rack, and in most cases the kit will come with 25 - 40mm mm spacer blocks - they are used to push the awnings face mounting plate outbound to get around the 'hoops' welded along the sides of most of these types of racks.

1 Rear Corner triangulation bracket - (for double ended basket racks that are shorter than your intended awning length and with no wind fairing present, we provide 2 Corner triangulation brackets where we can)
1 Top Pipe bar 'T' securing bracket Alternative with Folded Inward 'C' bend added - or a Front Triangulation bracket (Mirror of the rear one if your going with the Double ender'.

Supported awning types
This bracket kit is immensely stiff and strong and also can be used for Double ended awnings like the Bush Co 180 - Double ender - XT MAX and many others with 270 degree swing at the back and 180 Degree Swing at the front.
We Like the Ostrich wing 270 and the Boss RT270 Awnings the most for this Kit, They Both offer excellent coverage for their size, are able to be Tied down in Wild weather and have good supply and parts channels. Both Brands are around the 28 kgs in weight and also offer (seperatly) Zip on wall kits of good quality.
ALUCAB
All Known 270 Degree awnings fit as well - Except the slotted Holes drilled in our bracket does not marry up with the Alucab 50 x50x 50x50 Square set hole pattern... If you wish to fit this awning you can - but you will have to drill two extra holes in our bracket plate.HOWLING MOON.
Some Howling Moon Awnings have also recently gone to the 50x50x50x50 pattern. (I guess to match the alucab tents) - so again if your using one of these you may have 2 additional holes to drill. Howling Moons reception was unable to confirm this for me so Not 100% sure.. Their old pattern matched perfectly.
