Minimum towing weight for hitch to work = 90kg
Maximum towing weight = 3500kg
Ideal tongue weight = 100-250kg
Maximum rated tongue weight = 280kg
Hitch weight = 14kgTorsion hitches require some initial towing for a few hundred kilometres with a load to properly adjust the torsion rubbers for their intended flexibility. During assembly, we freeze the torsion rubbers to fit them into the housing. This initial towing period helps them settle in and start functioning as expected.
Locating pin holes may have a 5mm positioning tolerance. All hitches may not be exact in measurements.
