Tough Touring  Cross bars / Canopy Planks /  Top hat bar  planks - Bolt straight up to Unistrut channel. 
Various widths available from 1290 - 1350, 1400, 1450, ,1550 and 1650mm
Planks Cut in3mm Aluminium, Sand Blasted and Powdercoated in Black Textura for ultimate paint adhesion.  
Please note that the 1650mm Long planks are 3mm MILD STEEL, Insteal of aluminium as per rest of the sizes, this is to increase their point load strength over the large span. 
 
The Top hat folded Bar Planks come with slotted Pre Laser cut mounting holes centred to accept roof top tents directly (No need to use the 'clamps'  they come with) just through bolt the tents mounting rails directly to our Top hat planks on the bench and then lower the tent straight onto  unistrut rails - bolting the tent with planks already fitted straight to your unistrut rails. Easy and removable install...

Pictures show RRD canopy with our planks fitted, they also fit any canopy  with Unistrut  ... 
Canopies without unistrut can still fit these planks by through bolting them directly through the canopy top skin. 
 
T Bolts are not included. Slots are cut at 9mm width  and Take 4 x M 8 Bolts. per plank.
 
FREIGHT
These are a long item and carry a shipping fee of $70 regardless of wheather its a single plank or a bunch... Sorry we just have to pass  this on as they are expensive to freight. 
You can choose pick up and grab them from our workshop in Braeside of course free of any freight charges.
